Processing Time
MumBud processes orders within 1–2 business days of receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery Time
Expected delivery time is normally 5–10 business days, depending on the delivery address and shipping method. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during periods of high demand or due to unforeseen events.
Shipping Costs
MumBud offers free shipping on all orders, unless otherwise stated in connection with specific promotions or offers.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery. If you have not received tracking information within a reasonable time, please contact us.
Delays
If your delivery is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, we will notify you as soon as possible. MumBud is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, strikes, or force majeure.
Uncollected Parcels
Parcels that are not collected and are returned to us may incur a fee to cover return shipping and administrative costs. This fee will be deducted from any applicable refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Delivery
If your parcel is damaged upon receipt, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us without delay so we can investigate and find a solution. We recommend documenting any damage with photographs.
Customs & Import (UK)
Orders are shipped from a supplier outside the UK. MumBud sells products on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, meaning all applicable UK import VAT and customs duties are covered — there are no surprise charges upon delivery.
Address & Delivery Responsibility
To ensure correct delivery, it is important that you provide the correct name, address, and contact information at the time of purchase. MumBud is not responsible for parcels that are lost or cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
