Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day right of return, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also be able to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Costs The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and find a solution.
Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Personal care products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please reach out if you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process the refund.
